Our returns policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty And Damaged Goods
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase

Our Customer Care Team will provide you with the next steps in ensuring you receive your refund.
All returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed. Original shipping fees are not refunded when items are returned for change of mind reasons.
